Stay Connected to the World in Wyoming

Russia, Israel, Belarus, Mongolia, Cameroon, Lesotho and more. The WCIV brings representatives from more than 100 countries to Wyoming each year.

Direct & Personal Exchange on Monday May 6, 2013

Lunch & Learn with Mozambique
Our work changes lives. We will introduce vetted emerging world leaders to Wyoming’s people, our unique culture, heritage, and western values. Through direct exchanges, our work builds a greater appreciation of Wyoming’s human-culture through person to person appointments, cultural site visits, and community gatherings. The visitors to our state will experience the places and activities which authentically represent Wyoming - past, present, and future.
People of the United States of America should be interested in how we are perceived around the world. These foreign perceptions affect jobs and local economies, and ultimately influence our national security.

The work of the WCIV builds authentic connections between local citizens and emerging leaders from around the globe. By opening our homes, offices, and schools to these visitors, the WCIV volunteers nurture international cooperation and helps shape a more culturally literate population.

Support citizen diplomacy in Wyoming

The Mission of the WCIV is to foster global awareness and cultural understanding by connecting Wyoming residents with members of the international community, both personally and professionally.
